BYD Crewe were really helpful and I'd recommend them because from the start of buying the car, picking up the car on the after Sales has been brilliant and this was down to Olivia. She was so helpful she did an excellent job.
I'd recommend BYD Crewe because from the moment we stepped into the showroom we were made to feel very welcome. There was no pressure or sales pitch. Everyone was very friendly and open. Alex took the time to get to know us and help us choose the model and specification to suit our needs. The whole process was completed quickly and we were driving off in our new car within a few days. I loved the ‘unveiling’ process too!
My first experience was not a good car buying experience…but my 2nd was very good all credit to Tom !
