My experience at BYD Crewe could have been better if I was actually treated like a valued customer and not sold a misrepresented brand new car that was in fact the one in the showroom. The whole buying experience from the moment I entered the showroom, to purchasing and after sales was extremely poor. Do not recommend BYD Crewe at all!
I'd recommend BYD Crewe to anyone because their cars are fairly priced and their staff are very helpful.

I'd recommend BYD Crewe to a friend because the service was absolutely brilliant. I'd been shopping around for some time. I really didn't expect the deal I was offered it amazed me at how cheap these brilliant designed cars are.
The 7year warranty us an extra bonus.
Olivia also went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't left with no car when mine went back early.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was pleased with BYD Crewe and would recommend them because. My 1st contact was with Alex on the telephone to arrange a test drive. Alex,, was my main contact and salesperson from the phone call to the purchase of my BYD exellence. All the staff at BYD and especially Alex was professional polite and made the experience very easy. Thanks Alex and really enjoying the car.
